I got second place. I got beat out by fire dancers. My second place image is below.
Artistically Absent
I am doing work here and there. I recently moved close to Tokyo again and it has been amazing because creatively Tokyo is where the magic is. Tokyo is the first place I came to in my 20s. I was bright eyed and it embraced me. I made community. Now, I am back and I feel that energy again. I was at Big Love this weekend as I visit Naka-san on Saturdays to buy the latest Big Love vinyl drop. I was in the bar section and struck up a chat with a fellow. In my broken Japanese I managed to squeeze out pleasentries.
After sometime he figured out that I did photographed Eyedress for his Sensitive G album and he did Aya Gloomy’s Ennui Ground. I always imagined who the photographer was and it came full circle for me this last Saturday. Anyway, I digress. Here are some photos.
Earlier in the day I did Halloween because Shibuya is not happening this year.
Ok, this is my update.
Bye

There is a lot of juxtaposition in Singapore. There are remnants of British colonial era houses nestled in between buildings dedicated to just UNIQLO.Read More

Trying to talk to people
The reason, I am saying this is because street photography is hard. There is no prearrangement with your model prior to shooting. You do not develop a relationship with your model. Most of all, it requires you to expose yourself and be rejected.Read More
